Precautions for installation of compressed air pipeline, pipes, fittings and valves shall be installed only after passing inspection and correct proofreading according to design requirements. The pipe used for flange connection can be installed twice, that is, after the flange and pipe are welded, disassembly, correction and cleaning and re-installation.

The small pipelines, including instrument pipes, which are not shown in the pipeline layout drawing and are determined to move in a proper direction during site construction, shall be arranged in a neat and reasonable manner and shall be installed according to the requirements of engineering regulations and design documents after the installation of other pipelines. The finished products should be protected in the installation process. Gloves, bolts, welding materials and other sundries are prohibited to fall into the pipeline. All corroded parts must be treated with antirust and appropriate antirust paint, and at the same time in the installation work, should be prevented from direct contact with different metals and electrolysis.

The spacing of pipe support shall not exceed 5 meters. The actual layout and details are provided by the design requirements and parameters sheet and submitted to project management and owner for approval. No insulation power pipeline bracket generally adopts arc pipe bracket, but in order to prevent the pipe accidental fall off due to radial displacement in the horizontal direction, sliding bracket should be set every 24m or so.

After the completion of the pressure test in the pipeline of the process equipment, if the pressure test water cannot be completely eliminated from the pipeline system, air compressor can be adopted for purging, which can discharge the residual water in the process equipment and improve the effect of hot nitrogen drying.
