The pipelines of branch lines must be connected from the top of the main line to prevent the condensed water in the main line from flowing to the compressor unit along the line. The main road should not be arbitrarily reduced or enlarged, if it must be reduced or enlarged with a shrinking tube, otherwise it is easy to think that the increase in pressure, resulting in a large loss of pressure; At the same time, the impact pressure of the gas will shorten the life of the pipeline.

Freeze drying machine because of its working principle, temperature of cold media are not allowed to set below 2 ℃, otherwise after the condensation water will freeze and plug the person internal piping, compressed air can't through, and the person of the heat exchanger efficiency determines the efficiency and the water drying ability is unlikely to be set value, that is, through the processing after the person, also contains a large number of gaseous water in compressed air.

Consider the loss of pressure, or pressure drop, over long distances. For factories with relatively more gas points, the annular gas supply pipe can be laid, the diameter of the main pipe should be enlarged to 2 to 3 times of the outlet diameter of the air compressor. A gas storage tank may be installed in the middle of the pipe when necessary.
