Aluminum alloy pipeline advantages

Disadvantages: the price of aluminum alloy pipe and joint is higher than that of galvanized pipe. Aluminum alloy steel tube can not be used as a water pipe, because the aluminum tube is less rigid than galvanized pipe, but very flexible.

The large outer diameter of aluminum alloy tube is 600 ~ 650mm, the small inner diameter is 5 ~ 15mm, and the small wall thickness is 2 ~ 5mm. Because of the strength and rigidity of the perforation pin, the small inner diameter and wall thickness of the extruded aluminum alloy tube are greatly limited.

Among them, the small inner diameter and small wall thickness of soft aluminum alloy can be taken as the lower limit of the above range, while the upper limit of hard aluminum alloy can be taken as the upper limit. In addition, when the outer diameter of the aluminum alloy tube is larger, the small wall thickness of the aluminum alloy tube is usually not less than 5% of the outer diameter of the aluminum alloy tube. The aluminum alloy tube with outer diameter over 500mm is formed by reverse extrusion.
